I've known Adrianne since the spring of 2003. She currently stars as Colleen Carlton on CBS's enormously successful The Young and the Restless. She's a talented songstress (...is that a word?) as well, and busybusybusy: as soon as they invent overnight IV-coffee-drips, she's going to need one. Heck, she may have already pre-ordered one....
My favorite Miami export since Gloria Estefan, Brittany and I know each other from Cold Reading class with Joey Paul Jensen. When not lighting up the small screen or my life, Brittany spends her time photographing aspiring actors for their headshots.
I still vividly remember the first time I saw Ashley in 2004. It was in an acting class in Los Angeles, and I remember thinking--as the instructor passed out sides for pairs to do a scene together--"Please, oh please, let her be paired with me." Oddly enough, I got to strangle her in the scene we did, which is a unique bonding experience on the way to becoming friends. She's a Wicked freak, and I didn't capitalize and italicize that because she's a complete and total freak--she loves the musical Wicked, and it's my favorite as well. She's probably still a total freak, though.
I met Shannon in January of 2004 when I started tutoring her in Chemistry. I find her so similar to me that we could be siblings. Reeeeally screwed-up siblings. She loves the color pink. No, let me amend that: she freakin' LOVES the color pink.
The Brooke Ward (inside joke; let's just say I'm on the outside of that particular loop) hails from Texas, and her smile is as big as the state (yes, it's literally more than 1,000 km wide). I met her at TVI when she was in the FAST program there (the foreign kids; even though she's not from outside the US, she's still pretty foreign sometimes). Hobbies include not doing Pilates, the contraction "Y'all," and handing out candy bars to random strangers on Sunset Boulevard.
Georgia hails from The Land Down Under. No, not Mexico, doofus--Australia! I originally met her when we took acting classes at the same instructional facility. No, not jail. She currently showcases her talents (no, not those talents--who's reading this, a 12-year old male?) as a stand-up comedian. She also doubles as a sexy, fiery cracker. I mean, firecracker.
A gifted illustrator, Tori is also a 2nd-degree black-belt procrastinator. But when she sits herself down to study, she really... doesn't sit there for long. I should know--I worked with her in the oh-so exciting fields of geometry (ooo! draw a triangle!), trigonometry (ooo! calculate a triangle!), and chemistry (ooo! pour nitric acid on a triangle!). And, although she did draw on me a few times, she never, ever poured acid on me. And she gave me a fishie for my birthday. So it's all good.
